Fished 4/12/02, pre-fished Vine for tourney on the 13th. Fished spring lake on float tube. Hitting and missing the shore, and "bang"! Fish on! A 1.5 steal head trout. Then moved slowly down the shore, and "Bang"! 1.5lb bass. Caught and released. I was fishing, and it was suddenly like showing a candy shop to a kid! The stocking truck was moving down the shore. I paddled to the backend, and watched the fish go into the lake. 30 minutes later, it was like kernal sanders popcorn! Bang! Bang! Fish were biting left and right! One even took a shot at a half bitten worm dangling from a pole! I ran out of worms after 10 hookups, so headed back. The wind picked up, and I had to escape by walking the shoreline back to boat docks. This was like walking a desert sand dunes! 1hour later, I finally made it back. It was early, so got some more worms, and headed to westshore. Bang! Bang! 2 more hookups in 30 minutes. My catch was estimated at 12 trout, 1 bass, 1 crappie, and 1 Catfish. Not bad for a day of fishing!
