#10301, "Father's (for me anyways) Day fishing next Sat."


          

I'm taking my son out for his first fishing trip (and first yak trip) next Sat. Going to fish Newport back bay, launching from the Newport Aquatic Center. Steve is going to come up w/ his wife and daughter (12yrs old).

So, I thought why not try and get a bunch of us together. I think we could all have a lot of fun. Plus, Steve offered to bring some samples of his 3" grubs (usually good for lot's of fish). We're aiming for a 7ish launch, probably after some doughnuts on the beach.

What do you folks think, anyone want to join us? It would be good to get a head count, so we can have enough grubs for the kiddies.

I'll hit it up with you guys if my mom will give me a ride( living an hour inland and being 14 sucks). But i'll be in a tube. Where are you guys gonna launch from?
