I'm pretty sure I can do that. Low tide is at 11:54 AM and rising until 5:33 PM. We could fish the morning falling tide or the afternoon rising tide.

Let's launch at like 10 or 11. That'll give us a nice rising afternoon tide.

Time sounds good. It'll be getting dark early so we'll probably have to end around 4:00 or 4:30. I say let's launch near the receiver. The boundaries could be the tip of the breakwall to the tip of the pier, then the tip of the finger of the pier to the beach and the entire harbor. That way we could do both halibut, bass & seabass. Judge everything by weight. Bass should be alive at weigh in. Oh yeah, and artificial lures only!

Maybe we should launch a little later so we can have a shot at the seabass when it gets dark...

I thought about that but there are a couple problems.

1) If there are too many people and there is a big crowd at the bait receiver trying for seabass it could develop into a nightmare. It also might lead to an unfair advantage since not everyone will be able to fish the receiver if there are too many people.

2) Weigh in and stuff after dark might be tough.

Your call - I'll do whatever.

Weigh in shouldn't be a problem. We could always go over to Sealanding and weigh in under the lights over there. Let's just see who shows up, and if there's more than 1/2 a dozen we'll weigh in at dusk, otherwise we'll weigh in at like 7 or something.
