A friend of mine is a fan of GUSA blanks. I currently use a 7' Shimano Clarus from my kayak and float tube, but would like to wrap a Loomis GLX/IMX or GUSA B70L to see how it compares. I know the Loomis may be a bit brittle, but in terms of sensitivity, how do they compare? Is the GUSA truly a 100% graphite blank (scrim and all)? Is these blanks really worth the extra money?
