First one in 16 months. Looking forward to some serious fishin' and will be posting often with the results. Hope the weather down here in San Diego County is favorable.

Tight Lines Everyone!

Sounds like fun. Catch a couple mid-week fish for me please.

Well,

It hasn't been much of a vacation from a Perchin' standpoint so far. I had a bad case of cabin fever today so I desided to take a drive down to Carlsbad to see what the conditions were like.

We had alot of nice sun today and the off shore winds were mild. When I arrived at the State Beach, the water looked like a chocolate milkshake. I noticed this last pounding we took coupled with the 6' plus high tides removed a considerable amount of sand from North County Beaches.

I'm planning on spending the rest of my time off preping the soil in my backyard for my spring veggie garden. Tomatoes , Peppers , Egglant , and a little Summer Squash.

I like to do a little stir fry when I catch a decent Flattie or Corbina. Spring is around the corner !

Tight Lines!!
