I have read that some of you slather up your baits with Smelly Jelly. Are you using the stuff in the jar or the liquid in the bottle? Thanks

The jar stuff stays on better. The place that makes it is 15 minutes from my house but I have never been there. I like herring salt for trout baits but I called them last week and they are working on a rainbow trout scent- cool!! Dave

Thanks guys. I opened one jar and it smelled like the shrimp fettuccini from the Olive Garden! Lots of shrimp, lots of garlic.
