i just bought some for night fishing but i couldnt find any hooks to go with it, the largest hooks they had were 5/0 straight shank worm hooks.

will these be large enough for the 7"ers?
also, how much do the 7" and 5" senkos weigh? i tried looking it up but i couldnt find anything.

I'm guessing but I think they weigh about 3/8-1/2 oz?

I use GY's 4/0 Sugoi(EWG) hook on the 5 inchers and the 5/0 on the 7 inchers. I prefer the EWG hook over the straight shank.

rig them wakey style with a 2 or 3 weed gaurd hook.

ive been fishing them a little each time i go out. just texposing them. havent had much luck yet, but ive been fishing lakes where senkos have never done too well for me. Ill try wacky rigging them soon.

Another option I like to use is the Gami oversize G-lock hooks. It's an 8/0 hook. The package just says "oversize".

I don't throw many 5 or 6 inch Senkos. Big bait = big fish.
