Looks like they're on the way to victory at the event on Clear Lake ending today!!! 26lbs day 1 and a whopping 44lbs including a 14lb 5oz toad, 11lb+ toad, a 7, 6 and 4...I wish I could just get one of those huge fish!

Thanks, Todd & John. Unbelievable… 44.39 lbs on Day 2 & 70.70 lbs for 2 days… Russ sticks a pig of 9.5 on Day 1, and follows that up with a 14.5, 11.2 & 6+ on Day 2.

At least he let me weigh-in a fish each day, including a 7 on Sunday.

That dude is on his game.

Thanks, Jeff. Yes, it was the Holder Ford-Mercury tournament with 130 other boats.

We did have primary & backup patterns that worked exceptionally well. Wish every tournament was like that, i.e., when your game plan actually works.
