Doesn't look like any rain, but it doesn't look bad, either. I just hope it doesn't get too windy.

See you guys @ the lake.

Just cold in evenings and mornings. Is anyone bringing firewood? Can we have fires in the pits?

Don't do like I did a couple of Octobers ago, where the temps ranged from, like, 15 degrees overnight up to 80+ during the day -- a nearly 70-plus degree change in 8 hours!

I pumped up my pontoons at night, which was fine while I was on the water during the day, but once I pulled them out of the water & let 'em catch some 80-degree afternoon SUN -- some of you saw/heard it: KA-BLOOOOIE!!!! Not a happy scene! (Outcast repaired the tube at no charge, so the damage only cost me some time on the water, but little else). Good thing it happened on SUNDAY rather than Sat, though!!! :o

(actually, this photo was from when I did the same thing AGAIN at the Coyote Bait & Tackle tube tourney back in '00 or '01. Will I never LEARN?!!)

I remember that one Jeff; the explosion was pretty impressive!

ALso don't forget the altitude change as you are going up to Clear Lake. If you pontoons are full at sea level you may have a bit of unwanted excitment along the way.
