is it worth packin on all the clothes an thermals to go out in the tube at night in this cold ass weather? are the fish anymore active or any shallower? ~Angler Andy

Larry Hemphill thinks it's one of the best times of the year to fish Clear Lake. But he fishes jigs on deep rock piles, not shallow water. I'd fish points on the sharpest drop-offs I can find on them. Try jigs and pork or Yami grubs. Also drop shotting or even verticle jigging with a Hopkins or Castmaster spoon. FISH SLOW! :) Good luck!
