BASS finally announced their Open schedule for 2004:

Individual tournie signups start tomorrow. Unfortunately, the fall dates conflict with the Invitational & TOC, but I hope some of you guys come out for the Delta at the end of May.

The dates are:

May 27 - 29 (Delta)
Oct 18 - 20 (Shasta)
Nov 18 - 20 (Clear Lake)

I think the dates for Shasta, though, are really Oct 21 - 23. The dates on the website are probably a typo, since I don't think they run Mon - Wed tournies.

Can't believe it took them this long to get the dates! x( Well, I guess I'm just glad they do have the dates set and I can work my schedule. I'm going to try to make all three, didn't plan on this originally but what the heck!

I have to give the TOC guys at SCBBBC an advantage anyway, give them the extra day to fish so I can crush them the next! }(

It seems as though you can only do the packages right now(pay for all three).Individual tourney signups for the delta are april 22,from what I understand.Jeez Todd thx for showing mercy on us for the TOC,LOL.x(

Bill, I'm not sure, but I think everybody can sign up right now for the Delta. I have to pay my balance by 4/27, so there's not a lot of time. If you're just going to fish the Clear Lake one, I'd call them & see rather than just go by what's on the website. They usually have more ams than pros, & they seem to go by sign-up order if they have to drop some of the ams. Hope to see you out there for some of these bad boys.

Do you think with the BNT Open and the BASS Open events so close together do you think this will affect the turn out of SCBBBC guys for the BNT Open?

I haven't heard about any SCBBBC'ers who are going to bail from the BNT Open because of the BASS Delta Open the following week.

Can we fish only on Sunday if we qualify for the T.O.C. and not have to give up our spot? If so Todd, we'll both be kicking ass on Sunday to make up for Saturday. I might just come watch the weigh-in on Sunday in my new bass boat LOL. Im not missing the BASSMASTERS in November!

I checked out the BASS website on the schedule for California and found that you can only sign up for all three events. How about a loan of six hundred bucks to enter ???? }(

Did you try calling them? It seems weird that, given the short deadline, they'd bypass all the folks who just want to fish the Delta tournie.
