If you're launching a float tube at coyote reservoir, are you still required to pay the $5.00 launch fee? (assuming you don't use the launch ramp.) How about a pontoon boat? Thanks.

I've never been charged a launch fee when fishing the lake it should be fine to hand launch without a fee, if ya can manage though i'd bring the extra $5 in case, and worst case scenario it will pay for your "in and out" before ya get on the freeway.
