I've gotta drop my Four Winns in at Lake Anderson on Saturday, to make sure my $500 repair bill took care of what it was supposed to. I had already planned to do that, and then I realized this is the same weekend as the annual Coyote Bait & Tackle tourney on the lake. Is anybody in the club fishing it this year?

If anybody wants to take my back seat for a little fishing from around 10am 'til their weigh-in & beyond, give me a call on my cell - 408-833-9264.

I'll be sure not to interfere with the participants, but I may shadow a few just to watch them in action or whatever. Let me know if you'd like to ride along!

any inside info on the results Jeff?

Chris Z. & Dave(?) Meza (from the tackle shop) were leading after day one w/11.5, but Jeff Lami(?) came through with a 5.6 BF & a 13+/lb. sack on day 2 to take the honors, with, like, 22-23 lbs. total. Chris & Dave ended up with only 7.5 lbs. on day 2, which I'm not sure even got them into the money.

I met some of the Gilroy Bassmasters at the weigh-in; I may be fishing with them in '08.
