When I talked to him on Tuesday he said the DFG out there hates on the bass fisherman. As a result they made all clear deep rock piles, which hold a lot of the Small mouths, off limits. He said there was about a 3 mile stretch of clear water that 90% of the field was fishing, all the rest is muddy and virtually un-fishable.

Side note: He got to bunk with Skeet for a few nights... must be nice!

So what was the final standings?

Sad to tell you he ended up 14th and didnt make the cut. Only had 4 fish on day 3 and was less than a pound from making the cut. Sux
