Tough fishing for us today at Santa Rosa Island folks. We got off the dock early this morning and headed up towards the western end of Santa Rosa Island.
Nice weather and sea conditions with a medium swell and very little wind. Throughout the day we looked in a lot of various depths and in a few areas found some cooperative fish however we ended up continuing our search for better quality. Our afternoon was brutally tough as we worked down the island. Our afternoon was primarily all nicer Reds and Coppers however there were many stops we only caught a few fish off of. A big thanks to our long time Charter group who stuck with it and ground out a day.
Our 24 persistent anglers ended the day with 82 Reds, 97 Assorted Rockfish, 4 Lingcod and 1 Cabezon.
The next day to come out with us is Monday-Wednesday on a 1/2 Day Trip and the Coral Sea is scheduled to go 3/4 Day Fishing those days as well. Please call our office at (805) 963-3564 visit our website to book online.
