Rago got this crocodile yesterday on the Hitch hardbait in chub pattern. He was using a Okuma reel spooled with 12lb Maxima. There are some trout no bass will mess with.

Now THAT is a post worth replying to! I've put in some time trolling/casting that lake with the 6" hard raptor and other baits and have had very limited results. Congratulations Jerry, that fish is gorgeous! Pete, do you know what that fish weighed?

hey Pete
If Jerry wants to do a weight guess contest for a bait, that would be great :) If it's convenient for Jerry to send me the bait and have me to ship the bait to the winner, that's no problem. If you or Jerry just let me know how you want to work it, I'll do whatever is needed to set up the contest.

I'm guessing 16lbs 7 oz..... oh and regarding the negative posts in the "Rago's at it again" string... You have NO RIGHT to say ONE WORD if the fish are caught in "a legal and sporting manner"! And THANK YOU to Jerry for taking the time and giving enough of a scheiss to even make all these GREAT baits! The only time anyone could and should say something is if they were wasted, ie: caught and left on the bank or floating in the lake. Otherwise, STFU!
