The folks at Okuma have generously agreed to kick down some more product for your weight guessing pleasure :) This time instead of guessing fish weight, we're going to guess lure weight.

With that in mind, I would like to introduce you to Gigantoid, pictured here next to an 8" Huddleston Deluxe for size reference:

Gigantoid is largely composed of Plastisol with some lead in it for weighting and rigging purposes. A small amount of floatant is also in the bait.

There is only one person that knows the exact weight of this particular bait in the photo. Don't ask any specific questions on construction of the bait as the details won't be given out. This is simply a "guess the weight contest" which is meant to be fun for all.

To make your guess, do the following:

1. Reply to this post
2. Make your guess in ounces and 100th of ounces.
Valid guesses include
3 and 1/100th of an ounce
10oz 89/100th of an ounce
70oz even
3. One guess per person
4. No editing your post. Edited posts will not count
5. Try your hardest to avoid guessing something that has already been guessed. In the event of a duplicate guess, I will delete the second guess and send a private message to that user so they can guess again.

The contest will end promptly at noon Pacific Standard Time on Monday June 26, 2006. Any guesses submitted after that time will not count. I will announce the winner shortly after the contest ends
