This time of year I'd bring some Lucky Craft ripbaits, some craw pattern crank baits and plenty of small worms for drop shotting. Witches T is always a good color at Berryessa.
Try secondary points and the backs of coves. The rip/crank bite should happen early and late. Drop shot during the middle of the day.
