#8282, "Tidelands, 6:30-11:30am"

Steve and I hit it for a slowish day. Steve had I think 8, but 3 or 4 were keepers. Me...
1 short butt, 13 spotties and 2 sandies. But, only 2 bass were definitely legal. 6 or so probably could have been legal, but saw no point in measuring them. I only C&R, so I prefer to get them back in ASAP.
5 bass on a XPS squid (the smaller one), 1 bass on a curly tail Storm, 1 legal on a green and orange Swimbait, everything else on dropshotted jerkbaits. The jerkbaits and swimbait are poured by Tight Line Lures. Color wasn't much of an issue. Current was though, that's why it was so slow by the time you made it out. Tide just died around 9:30, with a small section of current out off the bridge.
Overall, a fun day. Ed
BTW, if you plan on getting a FF for your yak, get the Lowrance X-51. This one sweet unit. Bottom structure is easily ID'd, fish are actual boomerangs, waterproof, and it's nice and small. You won't find a better unit for $200. Blows away the Garmin Blue in resolution, and the Blue is only $30 less. Amish Ed You can't catch it again if it's dead!
