Nearly perfect conditions - Beautiful day - only one short! My brother and I met Mike Edwards out and fished plastics off the stairs. We went out around 1:00 pm (high tide 3:45 but the rise was very small). Water Temperature - 60 degrees. The halibut was caught on the Sardine Fish Trap around 3:00 pm in 7 ft. deep water right in front of the stairs. It was about an inch from legal. From the conditions I thought we would be hooking up more but it was still nice to be out on such a gorgeous day - in October!
