Few more new pics. This is the Skinny Bear Shad Eye. The baits are available in 5 and 6" models. The 6" bait pictured weighs 2oz and comes with a 5/0 hook. Retail is $6-$6.50 per bait.

My comments here echo what I said for the Skinny Bear SB5 bait. A bait with nice potential and an interesting shape, but poorly executed. The upside-down tail swims with a great slow speed action, but mine was kinked out of the package and ran crooked.

I also noticed that the hook on my bait was bent at the tip. Don't know what the deal is, but I am seeing this more and more with the made in China stuff. Skinny Bear did some interesting things with this lure, and it has potential but it needs quality control bad. Even if a lure costs $6, it does you no good if it swims completely crooked :( If you could get some of these that swam well, they could be an interesting option at Clear lake or the Delta.
