This issue runs through my mind at least once a week and the more I think about it the more frustrated I get that people like Noah Greenwald from the CBD are effectively managing the fisheries of California.

The CBD's actions, lawsuits, and written statements all make it clear to me that they do not understand the environments they seek to control. Their intentions are great for the most part, but their means and methods border on unethical.

I felt the exact same way about the Shadow Cliffs back ponds issue and after 8 months I think we will see the DFG modify that ruling at the Dec 15 meeting. This issue with trout stocking is much larger, but I have this seed of hope that common sense will get through to the people making the decisions.
