I think theres alot of guys out there(me for one)who really got bummed after this first good storm of the season,sticking with the big baits and ending up with casting practice.And it looked so perfect this weekend on the water.Getting skunked is the hard part of trophy hunting(90%)but the catching is oh so sweet(10%)!!

This is only the begining and November for that matter,many more weekends and many more trout plants!!Hopefully alot more rain!

I'm starting to realize the importance to timing and trying to be ahead of the storms or low fronts,the barometer starts crashing and i'm going fishing.

Just thinking.....
