Paul,
Rob summed it up,everything else is the same.There is some diffrence in dead vs. short fish penalty
0.5lb for short
0.2lb for dead
0.2lb for every minute late for weigh in,must be within cast length of weigh-in site (approximately 30 ft) by weigh-in time. Over 20 minutes late & you're DQ'd for the day.
