Here are the rules directly from Andy, the only other difference I noticed aside from what was already mentioned was the part about fishing from shore/dock etc.

- Tubes/kickboats must be powered by fins & oars only - no motors, sails, etc.
- 12" minimum by Will-E-Go board - short fish get 0.5 lb penalty & loss of fish
- 0.2 lb dead fish penalty, regardless of size, although trophy fish may be kept (but they have to be alive @ weigh-in)
- 0.2 lb/minute late weigh-in penalty - must be within cast length of weigh-in site (approximately 30 ft) by weigh-in time. Over 20 minutes late & you're DQ'd for the day.
- All fishing with only artificials & from floating tube or kickboat (no fishing while standing on bank, dock, swimming platforms, etc.) - otherwise, DQ city for the whole tournament.
- All anglers must have valid CA fishing license as required by law
- Anglers may not accept assistance from boats, jet skis, etc. or other anglers to move about the lake. Anglers may portage their tubes/kickboats by auto/truck, etc.
