Enjoyed the heck out of watching the end of the Classic weigh in today. Real excitement about who would win. Ike catching a huge sack on the final day and Skeet barely beating him out. The replay is on the Bassmaster.com site on their ESPN 360 deal. The host guy for the weigh in kinda grates but nothing can stop the excitement of the classic.

Then of course comes the post-Class tackle investigation as I immediately have to punch up the to see what it looks like :) I really am the worlds worst spinnerbait fisherman so I don't know if I'll buy one, but it's tempting me. Har.

Congrats to Skeet bringing the Classic trophy to the West coast.

Of all the times I dont watch the Classic live, one of my favorites wins! lol. Ill have to hit it up online. Congrats Skeet, more than due on his end. A bunch of my favorite anglers on the trail finish the top 5. Ike had a massive final bag, McClelland is always solid as is Evers. Sweet stuff man, sweet stuff. :-)

Bass + Fisherman= BAASS ADDICTT!!!

Congrats to Skeet, I've always said west coast bass guys are the best. Next to KVD I think Skeet is the next best bass fisherman in the world. Hopefully he can bring another Angler of The Year.

Big props to Skeet Reese. Super nice guy, met him at a Bassmaster event at Shasta back in 2004 at Fawndale lodge. I was camping in a tent and he and Kent Brown had a cabin right by my sight. After pre-fishing I came back to like 3" of water in the bottom of my tent. They were laughing at me, not cause it was funny, but because they could totally relate. They were in the same shoes a few years before. They were nice enough to offer me a hot shower and a warm place to chill before crawling into my crammed truck and sleeping.

He deserves every bit of this big win and it couldnt of happened to a better guy!!! Great to see him beat Ike also }(

Skeet is going to be at the Fred Hall show I believe on Thursday. Great time to go hear him speak and get to check out the man!
