I had to go through just now and prune out some of the posts about Castaic night fishing, and remove some other posts. Not because I particularly care about you guys talking about whether it's legal or not to night fish at Castaic, but because as usual someone had to come along and start mouthing off and doing the personal slander thing. This forum is not the place for personal slander. Private email or a phone call is a much better place to yell at someone.

That said, I don't really know any of you guys who are posting about the Castaic bite, but I do certainly appreciate the guys who have been willing to share reports, what you caught them on, and when the most recent trout plant was. That's good info, and keep it coming. To the one or two people who want to come along and stir the pot, don't bother. I don't put up with Bullshit on this site.

I agree totally with you pulling the plug on the b.s. posts. This isn't the forum for child's play and igonorance. The only thing I'd add to this (take with a grain of salt) is that I think some of the discussion the legality of fishing the lake is "good" information. For the sake of those that didn't know for sure, but thought about it, like myself, it saved my butt from getting cited for something so silly. Keeping us informed is good...

Yeah, like I said, I really don't care if you guys talk about if it's legal to night fish or whatever, that was good info. The other "extraneous" stuff was the only reason I pruned that stuff out. I think it was pretty clear from the earlier posts that it was illegal to night fish on the main lake, but legal to night fish from shore on part of the lagoon. If I'm wrong please correct me.
