Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics are raffling a 10 day long range trip on the Royal Star. The trip leaves in November of 2004. The raffle is April 25th. There are only 750 tickets being printed. There are 200 left. Tickets are $10. Tickets can be obtained by mail. Second prize is a Diawa two speed reel and tuna rod.
