Hi everyone, our Heavenly Father blessed us with a beautiful baby girl on Saturday, Sept. 4th at 9:08 AM.

Ava Madeleine Fong weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and measured 20 3/4 inches (that'd be a nice calico bass, lol) at birth and she is a delight. My wife Carole is doing well after a traditional delivery. The only thing lacking is a little sleep for both of us.

Awww... how precious! Congrats! Is she your first? Being a mother of two, I'd definitely like to warn you of the first few years }( lol. (Mine are 4 and 1, I keep a stock of Tylenol around... lol) Well, hope you guys can get some rest, and have fun with the new one!

Thanks, all. She is our first. I never knew I could exist (barely) on so little sleep. My fishing forays will obviously slow down for a bit but I'll still be around here. Thanks again.

Congrats David. I haven't even had time to look at the boards lately. Glad I stopped in today. We're on #2 (8months) and he's still keeping us up. #1 was easy though. Keeps you on your toes. Do you need a swing, we got a spare? Email me if you want it.

That's gotta be one of the prettiest babies I've ever seen. As far as the amount of fishing you do; tell your wife you need to do research on fishing to be able to teach the baby better when the time comes ;) :P

She's definitely a good looking baby. Maybe you should start looking into a shotgun. It won't be long until she's a teen and you'll need to be "cleaning the shotgun" on the front porch when she's picked up by a boy.
