I was particularly impressed with the St Croix as a small swimbait rod. It's dead on for 5" Big Hammer stuff and would make a killer inshore rod for halibut/seabass/bass as well. It goes for around $180.

Written reviews will be done in a bit for the Loomis and the St Croix.
