Hooked 5 stripers to 5 pounds (nothing under 2) in an hour and 15 minutes on chovies. Didn't get a chance to throw swimbaits. The wind was really howling, and I was having too much fun with the tight lines. All were C&R. I wanted to fillet a few of the smaller ones, but the cleaning station is out-of-order and roped off.

Saw a 3-1/2 LM caught in about 18ft of water in an area that would seem to be an ideal pre-spawn staging area.

Lake was about 3 ft short of full pool.
