I bought a descent quality float tube last year w/ waders, flippers, etc. right before they closed down the store where i was working at (Bob's Bait & Tackle). I'm thinking about going with a friend to fish the Balboa Bay this or next weekend. Would anyone be kind enough as to tell me the right places to fish for them spotties? Tide? Time of day?
