I hit the Coleman Ave. perc ponds last night for a few hours (5-8:30?). Nothing special, just caught a half-dozen fish to just under 2 lbs., all on 6-inch Senkos. The crank just wasn't working last night, unlike the last time I was out there. I also tried some topwater, including a buzzbait, plus some flippin' & shakin' worms, to no avail. Saw a whole bunch of baby bass, from 2 to 4 inches in length -- aren't they cute?!! Hope they get to be big, fat & SASSY in their ripe old age!

Sure love being able to fish right up until dark (a little bit of moonlight sure helps, though, when hauling all my stuff back to the truck)!

What's the word from the Quarry Ponds (or wherever else you guys might've ended up last night)?
