hellow fellow anglers i have a question about DD22 crankbaits.what colors are good for lakes such as coyote lake and calero reservoir.i usually use brown/red craw or shad colors shallow to mid depths.. i hear that the deeper cranks catch bigger bass especially in the summertime any suggestions greatly appreciated thanks..

shad,shad & shad!:o You can get them on crawfish colors as well but I'ld start with shad!

It's a wash as to wether to go for craw colors or shad colors first but you definitely need both. The red w/blk back is good, as is the mossy craw. For the shad pattern, look at anything with plenty of white.

I like the dark red for both lakes, also trout and shad patterns. Im new on this forum, and not much on crankbaits but those are the colors I throw. Good Luck Sean
