I am hosting a foot-powered (float tube, kick boat, surf fishing) Halibut Derby at West Beach on September 6th. Anyone is welcome to join us. Here are the details:

You can count me in on this one. I've only thrown plastics for a couple of months but they have been really productive. This will be a good way to learn from the best.
