This one was caught by my friend Dave on a swimbait. One fish was caught on the iron by Robbie the Skipper. Overall, seven YTs were hooked and four landed. One WSB, Bonito, Calicos and Sandbass. We were fishing around Dana Point.

Hey Warren,

They were close in. I could see the rock jetty clearly. There were 2 yakkers closing in on our chum line. Another private charter maybe another 100 yards out. They boiled some ten different times around the boat, some times 5 feet from the stern. I think the real trick to keeping them around was the heavy duty chumming by the crew.

I still have the truck. Let me know if you want to do Castaic or Pyramid. Later bro.
