Fished Trancas Beach today where I heard some WSB have been biteing as of late. There was a super low tide, I had to drag my kayak an extra 100 yards to the water. Once I got out I found no boats, no bait, no fish. I fished the boiler rocks to 60 feet for a short calico. After the tide came up the fish started to bite a little better and I caught 5 more with 4 being legal. All fish caught on green grunion FTs with one bass on the Shad Rap (finally!)
