What are you targeting? I like blue/white for barracuda. For calicos, scrambled egg or booger (aka bird poop or what Tady calls green sardine). Good swimming action is more important than color.

color really doesn't matter all that much. the jigs with all the paint knocked off of them from all the fish they've caught are the ones to fish. there are things that i like to fish fro different species though. wounded soldier for cali bass, black/white or skunk for barries, and mint for yellows are generally what i like on a surface jig. just try stuff out and see wut works for you.
