I bought my CBR 845 for a great price from him when his user name was dienamor and had no issues. I haven't had any problems with my rod so I don't know if the standard warranty would hold with his receipt, however, Loomis has the Xpediter program which if you're not familiar with you can read about below. His e-bay listings are the first place I'll look for when I need another Loomis rod.
