I usually tube in board shorts in the summer but i wanna get out and do some tubing in the cold.

anyone have any neoprene wadders they dont need? preferably the breathable kind..?

Neoprene is not usually breathable. Those are 2 different type of waders. You can get a neoprene one reasonably cheap, they're currently on sale at Turner's Outdoorsman for $39.99. I believe Sport Chalet might have them for the same price as well...
