When you are at the Fred Hall show check out the Lure Logic booth in the Bass Zone. They make an awesome football head jig for fishing structure. They also have casting and flipping models. I'm kinda biased(because I helped design the colors) but their brown/watermelon, black/brown/blue, and brown/purple are the best color presentations I've ever seen in jigs. As for trailers, 90% of the time I throw a Super Pork Frog as a trailer, but I also use Yamamoto double tails in warm water. Robo has a new Kicker Craw jig trailer debuting at the show, which looks like an awesome plastic jig trailer. Any jig and trailer combination can be tryed out in the test pond during the show, take advantage of that to see what you think looks best.
