In Feb. you dont have to much to worry about. Tides wont be to much of an issue as long as you dont get to far away from weigh ins and dont have to go against the tide on your way back. The boat traffic should be very little, just keep your eyes open and besafe. Yacht wakes can be a bit scary in a kickboat if you get to close to them. Dont try and cut across any main channels where you see a yacht coming until after him and his wakes have passed.
