You can always fish off the levee for a couple hours, its not the easiest of fishing, but it will work. If you wanted to walk the bank of a lake there is a lake, Contra Loma about 30-45mninutes from where we will be fishing at Whites. They do charge a parking and fishing fee though, sothe levee is prolly your best bet. cz
